£1,299.00 £799.00

  • The JS1 is a JS series guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1990. It was the first signature model produced for American guitarist Joe Satriani. It became the JS1000 after 1994.
  • This guitar has signs of use as shown in the last photo – but with it being black its hard to get accurate shots – but all are cosmetic not structural but in keeping with a well used classic guitar and she sings like a bird

Product Description

The JS1 was based on the Radius series with some minor modifications to the body shape. It features an American basswood body with bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers.

Components include DiMarzio pickups, a double locking tremolo bridge and Gotoh tuning machines.

The controls consist of a master volume pot with a push-pull high pass filter, a master tone with a push-pull which splits both humbuckers and a pickup selector.

There were only about 500 of these made in 3 colors:white red and mostly in black.
